Funeral For A Friend are ready for a media backlash against them.
Speaking as guests on tonight's TRL, the Welsh emo band pre-empted a backlash against them, saying that after all the lovely things they've had said about them in the music press, it's only a matter of time before they get some slagging too.
"I think we're ready for the backlash when it does eventually come," bassist Gareth told TRL's Alex Zane, "It will come eventually, it's inevitable cos it's the British press, but that's the way it is."
But as Alex was quick to point out, FFAF's new album 'Hours'' - featuring their new single 'History' has just gone gold, so the backlash certainly hasn't started yet.
