Calling all football-haters! MTV is the place to be this Sunday night - when a whole load of ladyshows are unleashed.

It all kicks off at 6pm with modelling show 8th & Ocean - which follows 10 of the hottest Miami models as they argue, audition and smile for the camera.

This is followed by Laguna Beach, where yet more pretty young things struggle through teenage life with loaded parents and fancy cars.

Next in the line-up is the amazing new show Tiara Girls which follows the sometimes bizarre world of American beauty pageants.

After 1 Leicester Square is a new series of My Super Sweet 16.
