Kash Supports Famine Campaign

Tim helps launch World Vision's 2006 24 hour Famine...

Tim Kash is fronting a new campaign for aid and development charity World Vision.
Alongside Myleene Klass, Fearne Cotton and Nikki Sanderson the MTV News presenter has signed up to publicise World Visions 2006 24-hour Famine.
The event is a chance for young people all over the UK to go without food for one day to raise sponsorship money and to better understand the difficulties facing the poor in the developing world. Speaking at the launch, Tim said: World Visions 24-hour Famine is such a great fundraising idea, a youth focused event that makes people stop and think about what its like to have to go without food.
He added: Very little goes a very long way in helping communities facing having to rebuild their lives, so we can all do our part in limiting suffering in this world.
This years event runs between March 17-19, and money raised will go towards helping young people in Seirra Leone. To get involved, log on to www.24hourfamine.org.uk or call 01908 84 10 10 to request an entry pack.
