*** Courtney Love is negotiating a plea deal to get drugs charges against her dropped if she completes a drug treatment programme. "It's a great idea for her because she can probably benefit from the programme, and if she completes the programme she won't have a conviction in the case," said a spokesperson for Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. "But if she fails to complete this programme then she will be required to do 90 days in jail."
*** Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has hit back at rumours that they're about to split, saying they've actually got loads planned. "Limp Bizkit is not breaking up for any reason," he said. "As a matter of fact something is getting ready to happen and things will be stronger than ever before. We are playing some TV show on May 11 then going on a US tour [at] the end of June, then writing a new album, then going to Europe."
*** Ex-Guns N' Roses stars Slash and Duff McKagan are reportedly suing frontman Axl Rose for $1million. The former GNR guitarist and bass player have apparently launched a suit claiming the Rose rejected numerous requests to use tracks from the band's back catalogue in a string of movies without consulting them. Axl has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
*** A report in one of today's tabloids claims Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have got married. The couple are said to have tied the knot in a kabbalah ceremony in Florida, performed by their spiritual guru Rabbi Moshe Rosenberg, with Madonna and Guy Ritchie amongst the guests. Moore's publicist, however, appears to know nothing of the apparent wedding.
*** Stevie Wonder is to release his first album since 1995 next month. 'A Time 2 Love' will be released on June 8, according to reports. Also next month, Stevie is to receive the Johnny Mercer Award, presented by the National Academy of Popular Music/Songwriters Hall of Fame, for the "high quality and impact" of his body of work. Stevie will be presented the award on June 10.
*** Lenny Kravitz has reportedly revealed one of the secrets to his success with women a penis piercing. The vocalist, who has dated the likes of Natalie Imbruglia, Nicole Kidman and Kylie Minogue, has a metal hoop in his manhood about the size of a 10p piece. "It hits the lady where she likes it," said Lenny. "And because it swings, it can be effective in any position."
