*** Ash have paid tribute to a fan who has been found dead after going missing following one of their gigs in Australia. Sean Kennedy's body was found in Sydney this week. "We are all deeply saddened by the news of Sean's death," a statement reads. "We would like to pass on our condolences to Sean's family and friends and let them know that they are in our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time."

*** Delta Goodrem has been hospitalised in Athens. The star, who is recovering from treatment for a type of cancer, is said to be suffering from a virus. Goodrem performed three songs in the Greek capital last night at the Australian Olympic Team dinner. She is also in Athens to support her boyfriend " tennis player Mark Philippoussis who is competing.

*** Black Eyed Peas have lost more than 200,000 worth of musical equipment in a fire. Band members lit candles during a recording session at Glenwood Place Studios and forgot to blow them out, resulting in an enormous fire. "Guitars, drums, drum kits, keyboards, microphones, classic instruments that we've collected with our worldly travels are now destroyed," said BEP's Will I Am.

*** Oasis have announced a few exclusive screenings of their forthcoming DVD. The 'Definitely Maybe' DVD - released to mark the tenth anniversary of the release of their defining album of the same name " can be viewed at Glasgow King Tuts (September 3, 6.30pm), Exeter Timepiece (3rd, 9pm), Birmingham Bar Academy (3rd, 8pm), Manchester Roadhouse (4th, 12 noon) and Sheffield Leadmill (6th, 9pm).

*** Moby has confessed to a night of snorting cocaine, making love to his ex-girlfriend and soiling his trousers. The dance star said that after being offered a lapdance at a club in NYC earlier this year, he declined but paid the girl $400 just to talk. She later offered him cocaine, which he decided to try for the first time in his life. He had lots, messed his pants, and later invited his ex over to his house, with whom he had sex for hours.
