*** Beyonce has told MTV that Usher will co-star in the video for her new single 'Naughty Girl'. The video, inspired by the films of Fred Astaire and Cyd Charisse, shows Usher and Beyonce using their moves to flirt with each other. "I feel like Usher's the Fred Astaire of our times", Beyonce said. "It was a perfect match, me and him. Not only is he a great dancer and a great personality, he's a great artist".
*** Britney Spears is launching her own line of fragrance, skincare and cosmetic products. Elizabeth Arden announced on Friday (March 12) that the singer would develop and market the products, with personal involvement in all aspects of development. "I love perfume and cosmetics, and am so excited to develop my own line with Elizabeth Arden," Spears said in a statement.
*** Lisa Marie Presley has told Australian talk show 'Enough Rope' that she felt "powerless" during her brief marriage to Michael Jackson. She refused to elaborate, saying only that she realised she was "part of a machine, and seeing things going on that I couldn't do anything about". She was quick to shirk any further questions however, adding "And don't ask me what sort of things, because I'm not going to answer. But just stuff".
*** Supergrass have announced details of a 20-date UK tour to celebrate their 10th anniversary. The full list of dates is: Newcastle (April 25), Manchester (28), Leeds (30), Liverpool (May 2), Southampton (3), Nottingham (6), Llandudno (6), Oxford (7), London (8), Cambridge (10), Birmingham (11), Bristol (12), Sheffield (13), Cardiff (16), Aylesbury (18), Warwick (19) and Folkestone (21).
*** Bryan McFadden has been managing a rock band called Franklin he spotted while on honeymoon in South Africa in 2002. But while he's busy writing and producing songs with the band, Bryan insists they will be entirely different to anything he has done before: "The music I want to do won't be in competition with Westlife. Franklin do rock music which is different to Westlife and my own solo stuff will be different again".
*** Peter Andre's 19-date UK tour has reportedly flopped at the box office, despite the success of the 'I'm A Celebrity' star's re-released hit 'Mysterious Girl'. Just 6,000 of the tour's 30,000 tickets were sold in the crucial first fortnight, with one venue selling just 17 tickets. A source said: "Peter's a bit upset by it all. He's been really upbeat about his pop career".
