*** Pink has announced a string of UK dates as part of her forthcoming European tour. The star will call at Birmingham NEC Arena on March 20, followed by gigs in Nottingham, London, Manchester, Sheffield and Glasgow.
*** Britney Spears has added dates to her UK tour. The pop sensation will play her first ever Irish shows at Dublin's The Point on April 27 and 28, Glasgow SECC on April 29 and London Wembley Arena on May 4 in addition to previously announced dates.
*** Ozzy Osbourne has returned to Wexham Park Hospital where he was treated following his near-fatal quad bike accident last month. The rock legend reportedly donated money, signed autographs and posed for photos. When thanked by a doctor for the visit, Ozzy replied: "The treatment here was first class. I'm really grateful."
*** Bono has been honoured by the widow of Martin Luther King. Coretta Scott King - representing the King Centre - bestowed the U2 frontman with the Salute To Greatness award for his work in combating third world debt and raising HIV/AIDS awareness.
*** Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton reportedly returned to the UK from a promotional trip in Vienna due to her baby son Josh falling ill with a fever. "Natasha was very worried and got back to England as quick as she could," said a spokesperson. "The girls had to cancel a number of appearances but obviously Josh's health takes priority."
*** Simon Cowell has branded Madonna an ugly housewife. Speaking about female stars while shooting the audition stage of the third series of 'American Idol', Cowell said, "Britney is cute, isn't she? Beyonce is good-looking, Jennifer Lopez is. Madonna used to be." When his fellow judges groaned, he added, "She's a housewife!"
