*** Big Brovaz have sacked Flawless from the group following his attempt to carry marijuana through customs at a US airport. "Big Brovaz were in a state of shock and felt Flawless had let the side down," said Big Bro's Randy. "Sacking him was the hardest thing we ever had to do." The man himself, meanwhile, has apologised his actions. "I'm very sorry for this stupid behaviour, I put everyone's careers at stake. I hope they will forgive me."
*** OutKast emerged as the big winners at this year's Soul Train Music Awards. The duo collected two gongs - R&B/soul/rap Album Of The Year and the video award for 'Hey Ya'. Janet Jackson won the Quincy Jones Award for outstanding career achievement (female), while the male equivalent controversially went to R Kelly. Beyonce also made the winners list.
*** Kylie is to perform at VH1's Divas concert in Las Vegas next month. The line-up for the glamorous annual event, taking place at MGM Garden Arena on April 18, also boasts Blondie, Jessica Simpson, Joss Stone and Cyndi Lauper. Kylie will perform two tracks, then join all the Divas on stage for the charity event's finale.
*** In other Kylie news, the pop sensation has proposed to her man Olivier Martinez and the pair are considering tying the knot in June, according to tabloid reports. Kylie's sister Dannii Minogue is reported to have let the news slip. "They've been thinking of Paris, Sydney and Barbados, but it's probably going to be where it's the hottest," Dannii is quoted as saying on the subject.
*** Britney has had to cancel a gig in Chicago, part of her Onyx Hotel tour, after injuring her knee. Spears is said to have picked up her injury towards the end of her tour-date in Illinois, during the performance of one of her new songs 'Boom Boom'. There were supposed to be two more encore tracks, but Britney re-appeared onstage in a dressing gown and apologised for not being able to continue.
*** Bob Dylan has announced another European tour including several UK dates. The living legend will kick things off at Cardiff International Arena on June 18, followed by UK and Ireland shows at Newcastle Telewest Arena (22), Glasgow SECC (23), Belfast Stormont Castle (26) and Galway Pearse Stadium (27). Dylan will then undertake several European dates.
