Abbie Holborn Shuts Down Claims That Stephanie Snowdon Snorted An Illegal Substance In Geordie Shore

Abbie Holborn has brilliantly shut down rumours that newbie Stephanie Snowdon was spotted taking an illegal substance during the latest episode of Geordie Shore.

The rumours escalated after a preview of Series 16 featured a scene in which Stephanie leans over Abbie to detangle an earring that got stuck in the lasses underwear.

Owing to the fact the previews of the show don’t include full scenes, some viewers jumped to the incorrect conclusion that Stephanie was “snorting something” from Abbie’s leg.

The 20-year-old has since taken to social-media to shut down some of the offensive conspiracy theories, and pointed out that the clip has been “taken out of context” by some viewers.

“The footage ripped from this week’s @mtvgeordieshore has been taken out of context,” she began. “In the show you can clearly see that my hoop earring is caught in my underwear and Steph is helping me to get it out!”

Upon closer inspection, screengrabs from the show prove that a large gold hoop earring was attached to Abbie’s underwear, with the full episode of the series clearing up any confusion around the scene once and for all.

Abbie has since warned her fans to not believe everything they read and RT’d a fan who encouraged viewers to watch the episode to get a “a better, clearer view” of what the clip actually involved.

This comes as Abbie was full of praise for Steph’s debut in Geordie Shore, revealing: “Steph has only been here five minutes and I already feel like we are going to get on.”
