Geordie Shore Ex's Marnie Simpson And Aaron Chalmers Awkwardly Discuss New Relationships In Front Of Eachother
The pair have both moved on despite hinting hook up during filming of Geordie Shore's current series.
It's fair to say that Marnie Simpson and Aaron Chalmers' relationship is somewhat renowned for being on and off, and the pair tend to have a pretty hard time staying away from each other in the Geordie Shore house.
Now it seems that the radgies have finally decided they're better as besties, since they've been chatting about their new relationships right before each other's eyes. Luckily, despite a touch of awkwardness, neither seemed too bothered.
Watch! Take a look at the tearful moment Aaron tells Marnie he's leaving:
The pair chatted to Mirror Online along with fellow radge packets Abbie Holborn, Nathan Henry and Chloe Ferry ahead of last night's series premiere.
The pair, who hinted they may have hooked up in the house by simply laughing when asked about it, chose to sit next to each other as they shared some top best buddy banter.
"The thing is with me and Marns is we always return back to friends.. even now that we're dating someone else, we're still friends." Aaron revealed.
Marnie was in total agreement with her ex and chimed in: "I think that's one thing that has always been quite solid with me and Aaron, we've always stayed good friends."
Aaron then laughed and joked: "We've had some rough patches."
They were both single during filming of the current series but have since moved on with new people. Aaron is in a relationship with Talia Oatway while Marns is seeing her Single AF co-star, Casey Johnson.
Despite being reluctant to answer questions about her new squeeze, Marnie did admit: "I filmed a show this summer and I met Casey and we're very close and I'm loving his company."
Things did get pretty awkward when Aaron was super casual as he discussed his lady: "It's good, it's alright, it's all a bit new to me but yeah, good."
Marnie obviously found his answer a little unenthusiastic since she burst out laughing at her former flame. Aaron joked back: "What do you want me to say, F**king hell."
"I don't know.. Maybe that you really like her or something," Marns joked.
Ultimately though it was clear neither particularly wanted to be over-sharing the deets on their new relationships in front of each other, and who can blame them?
So, brand new blossoming romances are great and all, but what we really want to know is did the former flames get it on in the house? We'll just have to check into MTV every Tuesday at 10pm to find out.
