She's not been shy about her use of plastic surgery in the past.

And it looks like Geordie Shore lass, 26, hasn't ruled out more work in the future.

Speaking exclusively to MTV to promote her range of hair extensions with Easilocks, the Newcastle-based reality star admitted she has nothing against plastic surgery and believes everyone should be entitled to it.

She tells us: "My opinion on plastic surgery is that I'm not against it in the slightest. I've had rhinoplasty (plastic surgery on the nose)."

Charlotte - who's also had lip fillers and Botox - says that anyone who feels uncomfortable about a part of their body should be allowed to change it.

She explains: "If you're unhappy with a part of your body and it makes you feel unconfident and insecure, then go ahead and change it and live life to the fullest.

"Go ahead and feel confident and feel amazing afterwards. Everyone should be entitled to have that choice."

The former Ex On The Beach star also says that she's not against Photoshopping her pics either - although she's not fussed either way.

She says: "My opinion on Photoshopping is not really massive. If someone does a photoshoot, you're going to get made to look perfect. It's just the way the world works."
