Geordie Shore’s Chantelle Connelly Confirms The Reason She’s Leaving: 'I Couldn’t Stand Living With Two-Faced Snakes' – EXCLUSIVE

After rumours surfaced that Chantelle had quit the show after just one series and a spin-off special, we can now confirm exclusively that she HAS decided to leave...

Geordie Shore series 13 has been absolutelyMENTALso far.

But there’ll be one lass missing from the rest of the mortal shenanigans after Chantelle Connelly, 26, flew home early from Kavos during the show's filming.

And after rumours surfaced that Chantelle had quit the show after just one series and a spin-off special, we can exclusively confirm why Chantelle has decided to leave.

Fans will be able to finally witness the shocking moment Chantelle decides to QUIT the show in tonight's belta of an episode (Tuesday 22nd November at 10pm).

Speaking to MTV from her hometown of Newcastle earlier this year, the ex-stripper revealed that the reason she quit was because she was fed up with the ‘snakes’ in the house – and she was missing her secret boyfriend, Tommy.

She told us: “I left the show because I couldn’t stand living with two-faced people any longer.

“I find the house very snakey. I feel like I was the only one in the house that was real.

“If I had something to say to someone, I’d be the first to say it to their face. Everyone else in that house seemed to have a problem doing that. It was all Chinese whispers instead of approaching us.”

Eeeek :(

In fact, it was a specific incident with her co-stars Chloe Ferry and Marty McKenna that set her off, after Chantelle made the mistake of getting involved in their relationship.

Speaking of tonight's episode, she says: “I told Marty ‘I don’t think you like Chloe’ because he sleeps with birds behind her back all the time.

“She (Chloe) also told me herself that Marty didn’t like her. So when she asked me what I thought, I told her then ‘he doesn’t like you’.

“So then Marty comes up to me and says ‘It’s your fault that me and Chloe aren’t together’.

“Basically Chloe was going back to Marty and telling him that I’ve said this and that, which I hadn’t. I just told her the truth, I didn’t want her to get hurt.

“Things were getting really petty and I kept getting the backlash from it all. All I did was have people’s backs, especially the girls.”

In fact, it wasn’t only Chloe and Marty who Chantelle fell out with as she also received the wrath of Gary ‘Gaz’ Beadle during filming too.

After the pair shared ‘three drunken pathetic kisses in Magaluf’, Chantelle decided she didn’t want to go there any more – partly because of her loyalty to Charlotte Crosby, partly because she had a secret boyfriend, Tommy Sayers, outside the show– so she called time on their fleeting romance.

She told us: “Gary Beadle turned very bitter from the minute I stopped that. I noticed a big change in Gary, he wouldn’t speak to us."

So how much did having a boyfriend impact her choice to leave? Well she admits it was a factor in her decision but it wasn’t the main reason.

Chantelle says: “Well aye, that’s part of the reason (I left) yes. I did want to be back with him, it wasn’t all to do with me being back with my boyfriend but that did have a lot to do with it.

“The one person I wanted to see out of everyone would have been here yes. I’ve been with Tommy about five months. The main reason I left was because of the snakes, if it wasn’t because of the snakes I’d still be there now.

“I partly left because of my boyfriend but he never once asked me to leave. My head just wasn’t in it.”

Chantelle’s final night in Kavos culminated in her getting into a massive argument with Chloe, Marty and Gary, which youse will be able to watchtonight.

She says: “Not one person stood up for me and had my back, and I’ve had everyone’s back in that house at some point, including Marty and Gary’s.

“That’s when I realised I live in a house full of snakes, two faced bast*rds.”

Chantelle is adamant she won’t be returning to the show – unless it was for ‘a few weeks’ to film a spin-off special – but she insists she will keep in touch with some of her cast-mates, namely Holly Hagan, Marnie Simpson and Nathan Henry.

She says: “Holly, Marnie and Nathan I’ve left on good terms with, so this isn’t directed at them. I’ve spoken to Holly and Marnie. Holly rang us last night.

“I do think they could have stood up and had my back a bit more though. I’ve left on very bad terms with Marty, Chloe and Gary. I wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire.”

So Gary Beadle’s not exactly her favourite person at the mo, but how did Charlotte respond when she found out Chantelle had necked on with him? Well, better than you’d think actually…

She explains: “I’ve also spoken to Charlotte, saying I’m sorry and what really happened in the house.

“I told her the truth, I was never going to keep it from Charlotte. She said it wasn’t nice and she didn’t expect anything from us but she appreciates the fact I went and told her.”

When we asked Chantelle for her highlight from Geordie Shore, she told us it was ‘Nathan’s lapdance from series 12’. Lolz. She also insists she doesn’t have any regrets from her time on the show.

She says: “I don’t regret one thing from my experience, I’m grateful. Just because it’s the end of Geordie Shore, it’s not the end of my career. Plenty more can come out of this.”

She also has a few things up her sleeve career-wise, including a calendar, fashion range and promotional work.

Good luck lass!
