Geordie Shorestar Charlotte-Letitia Crosby has apologised for driving under the influence of alcohol, after she was handed an 18 month driving ban.
The 21-year old was arrested on 11th February 2012 after she was pulled over by police on the A690 in Durham and was found to be twice over the drink drive limit.
Last Wednesday (29th February), Charlotte appeared in court where she pleaded guilty to the charge of drink driving and was handed an 18 month ban, £250 fine and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 in costs.
However, Crosby will have 18-weeks knocked off her ban if she completes a drink drive rehabilitation course before February 2013.
Charlotte has since commented on her arrest to MTV.co.uk, where she stated: "I'm really, really sorry. It was a very stupid and reckless thing to do.
The brunette added: "I realise that it was wrong and that I’ve let myself down. It won’t happen again."
