Coming up on Geordie Shoreon tonight's episode (July 16), the cast wake up the morning after Jay’s surprise return, just in time to celebrate his birthday.
Jumping straight into partying mode, the gang wake Jay up who admits he was too mortal the night before to remember where he was, saying:
“I woke up this morning and I didn’t have a f**cking clue where I was”, before telling them that all he wanted to do before he leaves is get on it, announcing: “I’m literally here for three days and all I’m here for is to party!”
But with Charlotte still holding a lot of animosity towards Gary, and confessing that he makes her feel “dead inside” and “empty” when she looks at him, Jay’s birthday may not be the united celebration he is hoping for.
And to make the occasion even more strained, the tension between Holly and James is at an all time high after James’ apology for blanking Holly last season was thrown back in his face on their second night out in Oz.
Can the Geordies put their differences aside and celebrate Jay’s birthday Down Under, or will drama between the housemates erupt yet again?
