They had a mental bust-up in the dramatic first episode in the new series of Geordie Shore, but it seems Holly Hagan and Kyle Christie's relationship is still going strong.

The pair were seen shouting at one another and Holly was shown trashing the villa as they clashed over Scott and Chloe on the first night in Zante.

But now Kyle has revealed that they are still an item, to the surprise of many viewers.

Speaking as he watched the episode in a Periscope broadcast with Charlotte Crosby and Marnie Simpson, he was asked by a fan if "Hyle" was still a thing.

"Am I still with Holly? Kind of, like - a little bit.

"I dunno what to say there 'cos obviously they aren't happy I'm with Holly but I am with her.

"Yeah I am still with Holly, I'll say it."

And he laughed when he read a fan's comment telling him to get a haircut - revealing that he'd considered more drastic measures.

"Why does everyone hate my hair? You know off everyone griefing my hair all the time I'm literally getting a hair transplant, like that's happening.

"No I swear I'm not joking, I'm so insecure about my hair that I'm getting a hair transplant.

"I just want a different hairline."
