But although Marnie Simpson said it was her fave moment of 2015, her engagement to Ricky Rayment eventually came to an end after the series ended. Sob.

And speaking toHeatworld about possibly getting back together, it seems unlikely as Marns said that Ricky HATES her.

She said:“We don’t speak. It’s really sad isn’t it? He hates us.It’s not what I want. But there’s nothing I can do about that.”

And asked why it took so long to respond to Ricky's proposal on last night's episode, Marnie said: "I was in shock.

“If you love someone you just go for it don’t you? But I do think that was the breaking point, I don’t think he should have done that. It put too much pressure on us.”​

However she didn't rule out an appearance on Ex On The Beach with Ricky in the future - if he's up for it.

She gushed:“I’d love to do that! It’s possibly happening but I don’t know if Ricky is into it.

“But I’d get to see him again – he wouldn’t be able to hate us if was living on the beach with us!”

Let's hope Marnie finds a nice bloke on the next series of Geordie Shore eh?
