21 year-old Geordie Shore star Sophie Kasaei has been speaking exclusively to MTV.CO.UK and passing on some of her patented workout tips.
Sophie is proud of her figure, and told us, "I wanna be a role model for curvy girls, I wanna be curvalicious".

And how does Sophie stay in shape?
"The best workout tip you can ever have is to be in a nightclub and there is like mint music and you just start doing a press up in the middle of the nightclub, or you just start doing like squats or thrusts and things.
"Exercise in the nightclub is mint. Just get on a chair and start dancing for your life, you'll probably burn around 9000 calories."
