Geordie Shore From Sh*gs To Riches Part 2: What Have The Returning Cast Been Up To?!

Guess who's back...

The Geordies are back! However, this time they’re bringing some familiar faces with them…to celebrate five wonderful years of buckin’, fightin’ and getting mortal in The Toon, we’ve brought back a few old faces to the Geordie house for Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle! If you caught the show last night you may have found yourself face-to-face with some old faves and wondered, where have these lot been all this time!?

The thing about the Geordies is, although they spend a whole lotof their time getting mortal and making dubious drunken decisions, they’re seriouslydriven when it comes to business. You don’t get to be on Geordie Shore without that hardgraft andbelief in yourself as a person who’s going places that you can only really find in the Toon.

So although our returning stars have been away from the house for a while, you better believe they haven’t just been sitting around twiddling their thumbs. They’ve been pursuing their dreams in the way only a Geordie can. Here’s what they’ve been up to:

Sophie Kasaei

We waved goodbye to Geordie Shore original Sophie midway through Series 7, and our lass has been working hard ever since she came out of the house. It wasn’t long before the fashionista had opened her very own boutique in South Shields called Off The Rails, which focuses on hair and beauty as well as gorgeous clothing. She explained how she wanted to “open my own business, be my own boss and give this little town a good clothes shop for girls.”

But don’t worry, Sophie’s still a committed party girl, working alongside boss Anna on Geordie Tours and helping the people of Newcastle get mortal professionally.

JamesTindale

Combover King James was always known for his love of all things fitness, so it’s no surprise that he’s set up a career in that industry. Since leaving the show, the Geordie lad has qualified as a personal trainer, and used his platform to set up his own online interactive fitness website called Body Sculpt VT. James wants to help fans achieve their fitness goals affordably, efficiently and quickly. He also has his own clothing range, the modestly named ‘God’s Gift’.

Daniel Thomas-Tuck

Sweet Dan. We’ll always fondly remember that time he tried to fight Gaz and ended up vomming on his own feet. Good times. However, since he left, Dan’s managed to turn partying into a full-time job, and is very much still a regular on the Newcastle nightclub scene (as well as heading to Zante and Magaluf for summer season, natch). That’s not all – he’s also an ambassador for G’rilla Fitness.

Jay Gardner

Known and loved for being the Daddy of the group, one of Jay’s first ventures after quitting the show was to open a bar with in Sunderland with fellow Geordie lad Ricci. We’d have loved to hit the Jägerbombs in that bar. He also launched his own range of fake tanning products called Jay Tan (great name), started a club night called Pizazz, trained in MMA (maybe he’ll give Aaron some tips) and worked on an anti-bullying campaign in Australia. Phew.

Ricci Guarnaccio

After breaking up with then fiancée Vicky Pattison, Ricci left the Geordie fam to pursue exciting new adventures, and has been popping up on our TV screens ever since. Almost immediately after leaving, we saw him washing up on the Ex On The Beach sands (mainly to have loads of more arguments with Vick), doing some hardcore flirting with Lauren Goodger on Celebrity Big Brother, and getting cooked for by three beauties on Celebrity Dinner Date. And guess what? He’s still working his butt off on telly, and has just announced his latest gig co-hosting “Australia’s Ultimate Worldie” for MTV AU, alongside Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton.
