The former Wham star was cautioned by Police after he was found with Class A and Class C drugs on him, in a public toilet near his home in Hampstead, North London.

In a statement, Michael urged his fans to have 'faith' in him: "I want to apologise to my fans for screwing up again, and to promise them I'll sort myself out. And to say sorry to everybody else, just for boring them."

This latest incident comes with George half way through a driving ban after pleading guilty to driving while unfit through drugs, and just a month after he finished his 25-date world tour, telling fans he was now set for a quieter life.
