We were lucky enough to catch up with the boys this week.

Check it out below...

1) For those who don’t know about you and your music, tell us a little bit about who you are and where you’re from…

We’re a collective from East London consisting of six artists repping Ghana/Nigeria. We released our first single in December 2013,a blend of Afro sound on a dancehall beat, and ever since then it’s been onwards and upwards. Five of us met in secondary school and the last member we met through the lives we lived in our hometownHackney.

2) Describe your sound in three words…

The world sound.

3) Who inspired you to start a career in music?

Because there’s six of us we had different inspirations but the biggest inspiration would be ourselves/each other. Saying that because we all slightly motivated each other to jump on the mic as we were always together.

4) Who are your biggest musical influences?

The likes of Bob Marley, Biggie, PAC, Fela and Jae5.

5) Tell us about the writing and recording process for your new music...

We catch a vibe in the studio all the time, it’s all about the vibe. When Jae5 laid down the instrumental everyone just started coming out with different melodies, one by one we just started laying out the verses.

6) What can we expect from your live shows?

The most energetic show you’ll ever attend; our numbers play a big role in making this happen. Imagine you’re in the crowd and you see six guys on stage with stupendous energy, you have no other choice but to just jump as well and join in the vibe. That’s what we create. We can perform to a dead crowd but trust me by the end of our performance they’ll be jumping.

7) What has been your biggest career highlight so far?

Apart from performing on the Pepsi Max stage at Wirelessand also supporting J Hus at his Brixton academy show, I’d say getting on Liam Payne’s 'Bedroom Floor' remix was definitely a massive highlight.

8) Have you met anyone and been totally starstruck?

As a collective, I’d say meeting Post Malone at Wireless was definitely something to remember. We actually chilled with him for a bit, talking, smoking. That’s really our fellow rockstar!

9) What’s on your playlists that people wouldn’t expect?

Some Reggaeton tunes like J Balvin - 'Ahora' or Nicky Jam - 'X'. This sound is not as appreciated in the UK scene but it’s so sick.

10) When can we see you live?

You’ll see us live when the time’s right for our headline show. Apart from that catch us at a few club bookings near you.
