Gigi Hadid has already kicked off her 4th July celebrations on her Insta story, sharing with the world a really quite fantastic pic of her boyfriend.

But because her boyf isn’t a mere mortal like us but instead actual Zayn Malik, we’re a thousand times more interested in what he’s up to. Did we also mention that he’s holding a cute dog?

While it’s no secret that Zayn is a seriously big animal lover, what with most of our fave pics of him involving some sort of four legged friend.

He even extends his love to cats, having once reported to have contacted a fan account about a cat that needed surgery and whether they needed any more funding.

Sure enough a donation of $5000 soon showed up under the name ‘Zayn Malik’, so we’re going to go ahead and assume that was actually him and not some crazy weird coincidence.

Also, Gigi if you’re reading this can we get a pic of Zayn and a load of puppies? That’d be like Christmas has come early.
