Cheryl Cole has claimed she thinks a Girls Aloud musical would be "amazing."
The Call My Name singer, who released her third solo album away from the girl band this week, has told Digital Spy that a production similar to the Spice Girls upcoming show Viva Forever would be a "compliment" to GA's history.
Speaking of the prospects of bringing Girls Aloud's story to the theatre stage, Chezza declared: "That would be amazing! That would be funny. I can't imagine myself... Kimberley [Walsh] would be amazing because she's a theatre veteran now."
The 28-year old added: "It would be pretty amazing that someone could play those parts in the theatre. That would really be a compliment, I think."
Cheryl and the rest of Girls Aloud are set to celebrate 10-years in the music industry this November, with the Sound Of The Underground group expected to announce reunion plans "very soon."
In other related news, Cole is rumoured to be a surprise special guest at this weekend's Radio 1's Hackney Weekend, with reports suggesting she may take to the stage during Calvin Harris' set.
