Girls Aloud starSarah Harding has reportedly checked herself into rehab in a bid to combat her alcohol and depression issues.
Following her [uuid=a16378eb-c05f-4119-9c31-d0e664948a02]split from fiancé Tom Crane last month[/uuid], the Loving Kind singer is said to have hit "rock bottom", with Harding's pals claiming she turned to alcohol after their break-up.
A friend told The Sun: "She's been through a traumatic time in her personal life and had to honour her work commitments on top. She needs some time out to clear her head."
"Splitting from Tom has played a huge part in her decision to seek help. She just needs to get herself back on track emotionally. She had hit rock bottom."

The source continued: "It all just got the better of her. She had been with Tom for a long time. All her plans for the future suddenly came crashing down."

"Some of her closest friends suggested she seek help over the last few months, but she refused. She was burying her head in the sand, but now she is getting support."

The 29-year old is thought to be receiving treatment a clinic abroad, with a Girls Aloud spokesman confirming: "Sarah Harding has entered a treatment centre for depression and alcohol addiction."
