Fleetwood Mac 'Not Playing Glastonbury Festival'

But organiser Michael Eavis says he hopes to book them for 2015...

Fleetwood Mac will NOT be playing Glastonbury Festival in 2014, organiser Michael Eavis has stated.
The farmer-turned-festival boss responded to rumours that the MOR legends would be playing his event next summer in an interview with The Guardian.
He said: "We're hoping to get them for 2015, but not next year."
Betting on Fleetwood Mac headlining the iconic festival in 2014 was suspended earlier this year after a flurry of wagers, leading to speculation that the news had leaked.
Arcade Fire have since confirmed that [uuid=24a8a523-feab-4e30-a35c-48971752a53e]they WILL be headlining[/uuid] one night at the event.
And Dolly Parton has also recently been [uuid=eea857e0-7f56-472e-b5c5-664c9a77fc02]linked with a slot there[/uuid].
