Glee Star Naya Rivera 'Was Not Fired'

Actress' publicist denies rumours of sacking...

It was recently reported in The New York Daily News that Naya Rivera, who played Santana Lopez in musical drama Glee, was fired because of an alleged rift with co-star Lea Michelle.

Rivera’s rep has stepped in to categorically deny these rumours, and told The Hollywood Reporter: "Any reports or rumours circulating that Naya Rivera was let go or fired from Glee are absolutely untrue. End of story."

Producers of the show at 20th Century Fox have declined to comment, they’ve also refused to confirm or deny rumours that earlier on this month the feud between the two stars reached a climax with a dramatic on-set altercation.

Glee is currently filming it’s sixth season - which will be its last.
