Glee’s Rachel Berry, played by Lea Michele, is getting a new love interest in the hit musical comedy show.
Broadway singer Jonathan Groff is being brought in to play Jesse a singer in rival glee club Vocal Adrenaline.
The pair are real life best friends and have previously appeared together in the musical Spring Awakening, so they’re more than used to snogging the face off each other when the role requires it.

Speaking to a website in the US the Don’t Stop Believin’ singer said, “It had been a really long time, so it was interesting when we had to do it for the first time on Glee. But we had also done it so many times before that we sort of just jumped right back into it.”
But everyone who’s rooting for Team Finn needn’t be too disappointed she teased, “I do think Rachel's heart is with Finn.”
