New CDs from Them Crooked Vultures, Good Shoes, Madame Ray and N-Dubz

wtf post

Them Crooked Vultures - An album by Dave Grohl out of that band, Josh Homme out of that other band, and Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones out of Led Zeppelin. It sounds how you'd imagine. Heavy.

Good Shoes 'No Hope, No Future' - Cheerily titled second album from a band we, and no doubt some of you, get confused with Good Books. Or perhaps you've not heard of either, in which case there's no confusion and you can go about your day in peace.

Madame Ray - A sampler of tracks from former Long Blondes vocalist Kate Jackson, produced by Bernard 'out of Suede' Butler. We wanted this to be really good. We're not sure it is. It sounds a bit '90s britpop support band'.

N-Dubz 'Against All Odds' - Because you can never have enough.
