GTA V Release Date Remains A Mystery

The release date for Grand Theft Auto V remains a mystery following the publication of Take-Two's winter schedule.

The absence of the much-awaited game from the publisher's line up suggests that GTA V is unlikely to go on sale before the end of March 2013.

And CVG quoted a representative for the firm as saying the game "is in full development and making substantial progress".

But content scheduled from the company does include Max Payne 3's downloadable content, Borderlands 2 and Bioshock Infinite.

"We just haven't talked about a release date," Take-Two's chief exec Strauss Zelnick said.

"We're blessed to be working with Rockstar."
