Guardians Of The Galaxy Gets New Featurette

Get to know the characters from Marvel's newest ensemble movie a little better...

Marvel has unveiled a "Definitive Anti-Hero Featurette" for Guardians Of The Galaxy.

Clocking in just short of two minutes, the latest promo for the eagerly awaited space action-comedy manages to squeeze in a bit of action from each of the five main characters.

And cast members Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper all feature as talking heads - giving their two cents on the parts they are playing.

"They're the thieves, the bounty hunters and the neglected," Saldana explains. "It's not a typical superhero movie."

And Bautista adds: "We all meet in prison and we end up bonding through a prison break."

Speaking of his own character Peter Quill (aka Star Lord), Pratt reveals that he is the only human in the film's world.

"He doesn't have superhuman strength or the ability to fly, but he uses his cunning and his charm to get himself out of situations."

And hulking WWE star Bautista shows a gift for deadpan comedy when a character claims that metaphors would go over his head.

"Nothing goes over my head," he replies. "My reflexes are too fast, I would catch it."

The film is released in the UK on 31 July.
