She has already walked for Tommy Hilfiger, posed for Vogue and starred in campaigns for H&M, Topshop and Ralph Lauren in the short time that she has been modelling, but Hailey Baldwin’s career just got a power-up thanks to her signing a contract last week with legendary modelling agency IMG Models. Other famous faces signed by the agency include Hailey’s besties Gigi and Bella Hadid, Candice Swanepoel, Joan Smalls, Karlie Kloss and Chrissy Teigen, so the Baldwin finds herself in pretty great company.

With over 5 million Instagram followers, a best friend in Kendall Jenner and desires to walk for VS and pose for Versace, Hailey is well on her way to becoming America’s next great supermodel.

So MTV of course couldn’t pass up the opportunity to ask the blonde babe a few very important questions including what it feels like to join the IMG family, her thoughts on Instagram changing our timelines, and what she really thinks about Justin Bieber!

Hey Hailey! How are you?

I'm doing good! I've been running non-stop so I'm tired but I'm doing great!

Congratulations on now being represented by IMG Models! You must be feeling pretty excited, right?

Thank you! I'm very excited to be part of the IMG family.

How did you celebrate signing with one of the most prestigious agencies in the world?

I didn't really celebrate. I'm just grateful to be with such a great team.

You now of course share the same agency with the Hadid sisters! Did the girls know this was in the works or did you keep it a secret until the official announcement went out?

I didn't tell a soul until it was confirmed! But they were happy for me!

Inthe short time that you havebeen modellingyou have starred in campaigns for Philipp PleinandRalph Lauren, racked up some very nice editorials in Love, Wonderland, Jalouse, Self Service, W and Vogue, and walked the runway for Tommy Hilfiger and Moschino. What dream job would you love to book this year?

I've been very fortunate to work with such great brands and teams of people. I think a brand I've always wanted to work with would definitely be Versace.

Might we also see you walk the runway for Victoria’s Secret or sport a bikini in an exotic location for SI one day, like many an IMG babe have before you already?!

I hope so! It's definitely a big dream of mine to do the VS show!

With over 5 million Instagram followers, you are part of a social media-savvy group of model babes who are literally changing the industry one selfie at a time. What do you love most about Instagram?

I just like to let people in on my life and give insight into my job but it's still all under my control. Instagram has become somewhat of a timeline for me too… I have a lot of great memories on my Instagram. It's cool!

How do you feel about the proposed changed they want to make to everyone’s feeds?

I think it's silly and nobody wants it so I don't think they'll do it.

Although, one downside to you being on social media is how the press respond to everything you Instagram or Tweet. What’s the funniest headline you’ve read about yourself so far this year?

Oh boy. This whole industry can be very crazy, it's very fake and can actually be quite scary at times. But I think the biggest LOL for me was that I was pregnant and engaged to be married.

For what feels like forever there has also been plenty of speculation in the tabloids about whether you and Justin Bieber are a thing or not. Would you like tofinallyset the record straight?

Justin's awesome. I have nothing but love for him and good things to say about him. We support each other!

As someone with a famous last name, do you feel an added pressure/or expectation to succeed in the industry?

I guess you could say that people definitely pay more attention to everything I do because of my family.

What’s the best advice your father gave you at the start of your career?

To always make sure I'm doing everything I can to take care of myself!
