Halle Berry's Fiance And Ex In Driveway Punch-Up

Halle Berry's former partner Gabriel Aubry has been arrested following a brawl with the movie star's current fiancé Olivier Martinez at her home in Los Angeles.

US gossip site TMZ reports that Gabriel had arrived at Halle's house for a custodial handover with their daughter Nahla on Thanksgiving morning when things turned nasty.

Olivier is claimed to have walked up to Gabriel on the driveway and said "we have to move on", with Aubry responding by pushing the Frenchman and throwing a punch at his face.

TMZ reports: "Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead.

"We're told Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, and Olivier cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with Olivier pinning Gabriel to the ground."

It is reported that Gabriel was left with a broken rib, contusions on his face and a possible head injury - while Olivier might have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries.

Olivier made a citizen's arrest and Gabriel was escorted to hospital, with Olivier following to the same emergency room an hour later.

TMZ claims a judge has issued an emergency protective order, with Aubry not allowed within 100 yards of Berry, Martinez and Nahla.

Halle was in hospital herself this summer after a fall on a movie set.
