One Direction fans were understandably left hugely disappointed when their Belfast gig was cancelled just minutes before it was due to start.

The reason, as fans quickly learned, was because Liam Payne was poorly, awwww.

Naturally, #GetWellLiam began trending, as 1D fans wished him a speedy recovery.

And the boys took to Twitter to say a huge sorry to everyone...

Deepest apologies to everyone at the show tonight in Belfast. Very disappointed, but unfortunately these things happen. We're very sorry. H

Since then, Directionerswere speculating what was up with lovelyLiam, and now Harry Styles hasspilled all.

In a live chat with BBC Radio 2host Chris Evans, who asked if Liam needed a get well soon present,Harry said, "Pepto-Bismol. It's a stomach thing, right?"

After fans thought it was perhaps a problem with his throat, it seems he had a bit of a dippy tummy. Bless.

No doubt poor Liam will now receive thousands of bottles of the stuff.

"It's like... he just, he was very ill," Harry said, knowing he'd probably revealed too much."It was kind... it was kinda not ah... it wasn't, it wasn't pretty."

So now we all know: Liam hadthe poops. Not the nicest of mental images, we agree. We hope he's all better now!
