Harry Styles Takes Up Pilates To Sort Out His Posture

If the thought of Harry Styles stretching his limbs in gym shorts and a sweaty vest is enough to make you reach for a cold flannel and an electric fan, then you might need to run yourself an ice bath because we have some very important news involving the One Direction singer and pilates.

Our palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy already just imagining this.

According to The Mirror, Harry has been popping along to classes in London to sort out his posture and ‘wonky back’, after an osteopath apparently told him one leg was shorter than the other.

Something we’ve never actually noticed because we’re normally too busy staring at his face/the glowing halo around his head.

Chatting about how the classes have benefitted Harry, a source told the paper: “It’s really had a huge impact on his stature and he stands much straighter.

“He seems to stand an inch taller now. He was amazed at the results. If he hadn’t done anything about it, the slouch could have got worse over time but the pilates classes really do seem to be helping.

“The past year and a half has seen him gradually make a vast improvement. Obviously pilates has other health benefits too.”

This should probably make us feel bad about that entire Easter egg we just ate in one sitting, shouldn't it? WE REGRET NOTHING.
