Is Harry Styles' Song 'I Love You' About Taylor Swift?
The One Direction star penned the tune for US duo Alex & Sierra, with a source telling Perez Hilton it's about his split from TayTay...
Taylor Swift's new song Out Of The Woods may be about Harry Styles, but it seems the One Direction hunk may have also penned a track inspired by his time with T-Swizzle!
According to Perez Hilton, Hazza wrote The X Factor USA duo Alex & Sierra's tune I Love You about Tay - with a source suggesting that it is all about his regret over the end of their romance.
The song includes the lyrics: "I fell in love with a beautiful girl / And she still takes my breath away / I fell in love in the morning sun while the hours slipped away / Sometimes when I hear your name, a smile creeps on my face / And for reasons I can't explain it's never out of place / 'Cause I love you / More than you think I do / And I love you / Now you don't want me to / 'Cause I love you / More than you think I do / And I love you/ Now you don't want me to."
Perez adds that the reference to "falling in love in the morning sun" bares a striking resemblance to Tay's Out Of The Woods lyrics:
"But when the sun came up / I was looking at you / Remember when we couldn't take the heat / I walked out, I said "I'm setting you free" / But the monsters turned out to be just trees / When the sun came up/ You were looking at me."
I was in your sights, you got me alone
You found me, you found me, you found me, e-e-e-e
I guess you didn't care and I guess I liked that
And when I fell hard, you took a step back
Without me, without me, without me, e-e-e-e
And he's long gone when he's next to me
And I realize the blame is on me
'Cause I Knew You Were Trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
'Til you put me down, oh
I Knew You Were Trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
No apologies, he'll never see you cry
Pretends he doesn't know that he's the reason why
You're drowning, you're drowning, you're drowning, i-i-i-ing
Now I heard you moved on from whispers on the street
A new notch in your belt is all I'll ever be
And now I see, now I see, now I see, e-e-e-e
He was long gone when he met me
And I realize the joke is on me, hey!
I Knew You Were Trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
'Til you put me down, oh
I Knew You Were Trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
And the saddest fear
Comes creeping in
That you never loved me
Or her, or anyone, or anything
Yeah!
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been (never been)
'Til you put me down, oh
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
(Knew it right there) So shame on me now (Knew it right there)
Flew me to places I'd never been (Ooh!)
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
I Knew You Were Trouble when you walked in
Trouble, trouble, trouble
I Knew You Were Trouble when you walked in
Trouble, trouble, trouble
Earlier this week, Olly Murs waded into the Haylor debate, insisting that the Shake It Off singer should er, Shake It Off and "write something new that isn't about Harry".
Ouch!
