It's difficult tracking the love lives of the rich and famous, and none are more confusing than that of One Direction star Harry Styles and model/socialite Kendall Jenner.

After the pair got together only recently, it seems love's young dream is all but over... Or is it?

After things already appeared cooled and then promptly heated up again after the couple hooked up on a romantic trip, it seems things are now off again. Booooo!

But it's not for no reason at all. Apparently, there's a claim that Hazza's been playing away - rumours of him spending the night with a British stylist have affected their relationship.

Apparently, Harry, 21, doesn't think anything untoward has taken place though, because he believes the pair were never properly and officially together.

In fact, the 1D star allegedly says they're friends with benefits and nothing more. Ouch.

Even big sis Khloe Kardashian recently said she thought it was all pretty casual, too:“I don’t know if they’re like boyfriend-girlfriend."

“Nowadays I don’t know. People are weird with stuff," she went on the say.

A source reckons Harry's definitely not looking for anything serious or long term right now, anyway:Harry doesn’t want to settle down so he would never get a serious girlfriend during this phase of his life.

“Harry and Kendall have got back together before but, in her eyes, it’s very much off at the moment and he’s arguing it was never even really on.”

With Harry turning 22 tomorrow (Happy Birthday in advance, Mr. Styles!), who knows if Kendall will be there showering him with gifts or not.
