Here's Who Will Play The Villain In The Upcoming Hellboy Reboot
They'll be opposite a certain Stranger Things star as Hellboy.
After years of waiting for a second sequel, Hellboy fans can finally look forward to getting their teeth into a fully-blown reboot, with Neil Marshall’s new film making another big casting move.
The production has apparently got its villain in the bag, with Milla Jovovich set to star as the titular Blood Queen.
We say “in the bag”, although Jovovich is still in final talks to take on the role. It sounds like it’s virtually a done deal though, with the Resident Evil star expected to sign on as the film’s Big Bad.
Concrete details are minimal right now, save for the fact that Jovovich will be lining up alongside Stranger Things star David Harbour as Hellboy, as well as the recently cast Ian McShane. We’re also expecting plenty of gore in this one, with the new movie set to be a more R-rated take on the source material.
No release date has been confirmed as yet, but with the casting process kicking up a gear, expect this one to arrive at the back end of 2018 or early into the following year.
