Geordie Shore's Holly Hagan Praised By Fans After Posting Real Time Updates Of Anxiety Struggle

The Geordie Shore lass is 'overwhelmed' by the response after sharing live updates of her anxiety battle.

Former Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan has been busy enjoying a trip to Thailand, and the lass has been taking her fans along every step of the way overon Instagram.

While most people would choose to upload their most picture perfect-moments only, Holly has been bravely getting real about a big part of her experience... anxiety.

Taking to the social media platform this morning, Holly shared her thoughts in real time, explaining that while she had plans to take a fitness class, she was having second thoughts as her anxiety had come "from nowhere."

"So I wasgunnado body fit class today but I feel like my anxietyhas come from nowhereand is making me not wannago," she revealed.

Holly went on to say that some of her anxiety stems from her hearing problems, writing: "I thinkaswelbecause of my hearing problems I do get anxious that people will speak to me and I won't hear what they're sayingand it becomes awkward (sic)."

The next snap showed the lass walking towards the gym, revealing: "I thought at least if I get there and then have to walk back, at least I've tried."

The lass then shared her thoughts once reaching the gym: "'What if someone has the weight I need' 'what if I have to ask someone if I can use their weight' like all these things that most and even I think are so stupid like why am I bothered by these things," she wrote.

"This doesn't come one as often as it used to but I'm just being vocal about my trip, and this is part of what I experience sometimes," she concluded.

Holly's thoughts certainly aren't 'stupid', and it seems plenty of fans can relate to her as she later wrote that she was 'overwhelmed' by the response from fans.

"I'm really overwhelmed bythe amount ofdmsabout the stuff I've posted," she began before adding: "Just because we can't do something one day doesn't mean we can't the next, tomorrow is a new day to try again."
