Holly Hagan has spoken out about her plans to get another boob job, but this time, it's not to make them bigger.

In an interview with Star magazine, the 'Geordie Shore' star has revealed that she wants to get a boob reduction.

Speaking about her decision, she said: "I've been thinking about it for a about a year. I got them done during my glamour modelling days and I feel I've put them to as good a use as possible."

She continued: "I don't really want that kind of attention anymore. I'm into fitness now and want to look a bit smaller."

With the release of her fitness and diet books, our Hols is focusing more on being healthy and keeping fit than flaunting her assets.

This operation will be Holly's fourth on her boobs, with her first being at the young age of 18.

As well as chatting about future surgery, Holly also revealed feeling insecure about the way she looks, saying: "My main insecurity is that I get the wrong type of attention. When I was younger, I loved all the attention off the lads and people thinking, 'she's got wicked boobs.'"

She added: "But I don't want to be seen like that anymore - I want people to look at my face not at my boobs when I'm talking to them."
