Love Island star Alexandra Cane has revealed that Holly Hagan confided in her about her CO2 laser facial.

Both reality stars underwent the same treatment, which let's just say isn't for the faint-hearted.

Chatting to us, Alexandra said that she and Holly have been talking about the treatment after the Geordie Shore lass decided to undergo the same one.

"We have been speaking on Instagram about the procedure. I let her know that whatshe's going through is normal and not to be scared."

Both babes ended up with swollen and bloody faces after the procedure, which is totally normal.

She added: "I got a lot of backlash because it looked quite freaky and I told her she could confide in me."

The facial is the most powerful skin rejuvenation technique available, and it is supposed to makethe skin look more youthful by removing wrinkles, fine lines, acne scarring, pigmentation and sun damage.

Both eventually healed well following the treatment, but Alexandra had a few complications.

"Going through the procedure I don’t think I was fully aware of how I was going to look directly after – I'dseen before and after and a few videos."

She continued: "But my face swelled up a lot and because I’m quite sensitive my face was really puffy."

"I was allergic to the antibiotics they gave me and I was throwing up all of the first night... the first 24 hours were pretty traumatic for me," she added.

However, the babe is now happy she went through with it, revealing: "I'm so happy! I look back at the before and after pictures now and it's such a difference."

Fortunately, both lasses are buzzing with the results.

Obviously, any cosmetic procedure is a huge decision, and it's always worth doing your research.
