Holly Hagan Is Getting Hearing Aids After Experiencing 6 Years Of Ear Problems
The Geordie lass has finally taken steps to improve the issue and is seeking professional help.
Holly Hagan has revealed that she's been referred for hearing aids after admitting that she's finding it harder and harder to make out what people are actually saying in conversation.
The former Geordie Shore lass has never spoken about her ear problems before, but confessed that she's finally ready to take action on the issue and see if medical professionals can do anything to improve the condition.
Let's get checking out Holly's incredible transformation over the years...
Breaking the news on Twitter, the 25-year-old explained that her referral has been "six years" in the making and admitted that she finds it "frustrating" when people assume she has perfect hearing due to her age.
"People would never believe me when I said I was deaf but I finally went to the doctors and I’ve been referred for hearing aids," she revealed.
In a thread with her friends and fans, Holly admitted that she's "scared" to see how much of a difference aids might make and revealed that her hearing has been in slow decline since age nineteen.
Fans pointed out that it was pretty cool of Holly to go public about her struggle with hearing, writing that her confidence will hopefully help others going through the same process: "It’s good that you’ve spoken out loud but it’s crazy to think it can affect anybody at any age!
"Hope the hearing aids help you a lot."
As expected, Holly isn't exactly going to scrimp on her hearing aids and hinted that she'd quite like a pair of "diamanté ones" to match her usual glamourous look. What a woman.
