We never get bored of seeing Holly Hagan sizzle in a swimsuit, but this latest selfie comes with a very sweet sentiment.

The 'Geordie Shore'star snapped herself on holiday, wearing a bikini that she couldn't fit into just three years ago.

She posted: "Aside from looking like a self obsessed selfie slave I got this bikini sent to me 3 years ago and I remember thinking 'are they having a laugh'.

"I could barely get it past my knees and when I did my fat would spill through the holes but I kept that bikini because I thought one day I know I'll get into it. I didn't know how or when but I knew I would! 3 years later I did!!

"No I'm not the slimmest of all the people on TV these days and yes I still have a roll or 3 when I sit down.. But I feel the best I've ever felt in my life.

"My point is DONT GIVE UP!! EVER! You CAN do it!"

Elsewhere on Instagram, Holly popped up in a #ThrowbackThursday shot from her co-star Charlotte Crosby, who was nostalgic for the fun the girls had in the Cape Verde sun earlier this year.
