Hugh Jackman: I Want To Do Another Musical
Les Miserables star suggests Guys And Dolls so he can do some dancing too...
Hugh Jackman has revealed that he is keen to appear in another musical following the success of Les Miserables.
But the Aussie hunk - who won a Golden Globe for Best Actor (Musical or Comedy) for his role in the film - says he'd prefer something a bit lighter next time.
He told E! Online: "I think I want to do maybe a lighter one next time. What about some dancing in the next one?"
And he hinted that he wouldn't mind a go at Guys And Dolls, naming the lead character as one he'd like to play.
"I wouldn't mind doing Sky Masterson. That would be fun."
The 44-year-old star - a former winner of People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" accolade - might be best-known for his role as Wolverine in the X-Men movie franchise, but he actually came to fame in a musical.
He appeared as Curly in the Royal National Theatre's production of Oklahoma! in London in 1998.
