Hugh Jackman Performs 'Wolverine: The Musical' Song
Hollywood hunk gives stirring rendition of number adapted from Les Mis to fit X-Men character...
No, it's not 1 April already and we're not trying to pull a fast one - Hugh Jackman really has recorded a musical-style number about The Wolverine.
The Hollywood hunk, 45, laid down the not-entirely serious track for Radio 1's Matt Edmondson - and the impressive result has now been posted on the station's YouTube channel.
Edmondson penned a set of alternative lyrics for the song Who Am I, which Jackman famously performed in hit musical Les Miserables.
They included: "Who am I/ Am I a superhero with some claws/ Or just an actor searching for applause/ Wolverine has all the fans/ But what about Hugh Jackman/ Who am I"
Enjoying the experience and stifling a giggle from time to time, the actor clearly puts all his effort into it - waving his arms about and showing off his gym-honed biceps (which are also referenced in the song).
A new Wolverine movie was recently confirmed for 2017.
