The Wolverine: First Official Photo Revealed

The first official image ofHugh Jackman in The Wolverine has been released by Marvel Entertainment on its official Twitter feed.

The 43-year-old actor is shown with bulging abs and popping veins in the photo, in which he has conveniently forgotten to wear a shirt.

The accompanying caption reads: "Check it out, bub, here’s the first official photo..."

Due out on 26 July next year, the movie will be Hugh's fifth big-screen outing as Logan/Wolverine - including his cameo in X Men: First Class.

The new movie apparently sees him confronting "a mysterious figure from his past in an epic battle that will leave him forever changed".
