Idiot Pilot Live In London
Its a night of manic energy in Londons The Garage thanks to Idiot Pilot
After a recently cancelled UK tour, Idiot Pilot returned to London playing a set at The Garage to a boisterous adolescent audience in their uniform of skinny jeans and sweeping fringes.
With a yell of Were Idiot Pilot from Bellingham, Washington, lets f*cking do this, the pair launch into their emotive debut album title track Strange We Should Meet Here.
Despite having only one album, the two balls of manic energy, manage to strut and scream their way through a hyper hour-long set introducing new tunes Wolves and Red Museum and playing self-proclaimed big hits A Day in the Life of a Pool Shark and To Buy A Gun, turning the crowds pointing fingers into pumping fists.
Want to know what happens when you mix a crazed computer geek, distorted guitar and primal screams with an emotive mini Mick Jagger? Then go see Idiot Pilot. And while youre at it check out the dubiously named (sorry guys) Seal Cub Clubbing Club who provided a support set crammed with unique and kooky tunes.
