Judge Rules That Iggy Azalea's Ex Can't Sell Her Music Anymore
The Aussie rapper has started 2015 with a win, though this time it's not an award...
Iggy Azalea has won a small battle in the case against her ex, Hefe Wine, as a judge has issued a preliminary injunction in her favour.
According to TMZ, the judge has said that Hefe, born Maurice Williams, can't sell allegedly stolen songs and use Iggy's name to promote them.
Just last year he released a mix tape called Inizio, with songs that the sassy Aussie says he stole from her laptop, and that she never intended the public to hear.
The suit included a total of nine complaints, which saw claims about a forged contract and copyright infringement as well.
Hefe has also previously claimed that he has a sex tape with the chart-topping rapper.
Though this small amount of progress has been made, the case is still ongoing.
