According to The Mirror, The X Factor USAjudge is said to have offered Sinitta double her rumoured appearance fee of £70,000 to pull out of the show over fears that the Eighties icon may let slip some of his secrets.
The So Macho singer reportedly rejected his offer, with a source telling the newspaper: "She thinks he's not happy. Simon has nothing to hide, but he is worried she will get loose-lipped and he likes to keep himself to himself."
The insider went on to claim that things between SiCo and Sinitta "have cooled" after he refused to let the 45-year old have a part on the XF USA.
Despite these reports, Cowell's spokesperson Max Clifford has dismissed rumours that the pair have fallen out, insisting the music mogul "is happy about her being in the jungle."
Simon Cowell may be the least of Sinitta's worries after she was voted by the public to face the next Bushtucker trial, entitled Cable Car-tastrophe, which viewers will be able to see on tonight's show (18th November).
Scott - who has previously dated Little Britain star David Walliams - is set to join the show after signing a £30,000 deal, with the hope that she will get it on with Wright after sexy camperJessica-Jane Clementannounced her engagement.
A source told the tabloid: "Jessica's news that she was engaged was a bit of a bombshell, as before that we were all taking bets on how long it would take Mark to bed her."
"Now it's looking unlikely we'd have any romance on the cards — so we've hit the emergency button. We rang her up and offered her the gig — and thankfully she accepted."
They added: "Now we're crossing our fingers that she and Mark will find some, er, common ground."
