Jay-Z 'Wants To Help James Arthur Crack America'

Jay-Z apparently wants to helpJames Arthur crack America.
According to The Daily Star, Jigga has shown an interest in helping Arthur with his debut LP, as well as launching the Middlesborough singer Stateside.


A sourced told the tabloid: "Jay-Z is a keen spotter of British talent and is already involved with Rita Ora and K Koke, and worked with Tinchy Stryder and Sugababes too.
"He is convinced James can follow One Direction's lead and break into the American market."
They added: "Jay knows what kind of music James should be making and that's gritty and edgy. He feels his team could master an album of worldwide hits."
Since beating Jahmene Douglas to The X Factor crown on Sunday (9th December), Arthur's winner's single Impossible has become the [uuid=cf2a30ad-293c-45f0-b481-7901bf162ff4]fastest-selling in the show's history[/uuid], shifting a cool 187,000 downloads in its first day on sale.


The Official Charts Company has since confirmed that Impossible has overtaken Cheryl Cole's Call My Name as the fastest-selling single of 2012.
James' single has sold over 255,000 copies to date, [uuid=4fdbd3e8-f61b-4370-a4e1-545a6bbeddc4]eclipsing Chezza's achievemen[/uuid]t of 152,000 units back in June.
