Adele 'Wanted For Next James Bond Theme'

Adele is reportedly being asked to record the theme tune for the next James Bondmovie, [uuid=137bf81f-ad98-41d8-b263-842e33a396be]The Oscars with Skyfall.

The British pop star is claimed by The Sun to be at the top of Eon Productions' list to deliver the theme for the 24th movie in the 007 franchise.

A source told the paper: "Producers are thrilled by how well the song has been received and hope Adele's presence on the next film will replicate that success.

"They want her to become as synonymous with Bond as Dame Shirley."

Dame Shirley Bassey has recorded three Bond themes: Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and Moonraker.
