James Franco Documentary In The Pipeline
Movie about enigmatic Hollywood star is already at editing stage...
Love him or loathe him, you can't deny that James Franco is an interesting character.
But despite his high profile in the media the 36-year-old actor is usually secretive about his private life, preferring to play up to and satirise media speculation about himself.
However fans (and haters) have been given the prospect of learning much more about the art-loving star in a new documentary called Franco: A Documentary, which has been shooting over the last year.
Only revealed now, the project is the work of first-time director Lisa Vangellow and is already at the editing stage according to The Wrap.
The site said that the movie "will focus on Franco's controversial exploits in academia and the art world, as well as touch on his conventional film career and Broadway debut".
Franco's BFF Seth Rogen and Klaus Biesenbach, the curator of New York's Museum of Modern Art, are two of the talking heads reportedly featured in the film.
The actor recently defended his spate of semi-naked selfies.
